Face Swap Usage Policy

Prohibited use cases

The following uses of Swapface's face-swap tools and API are strictly prohibited and will not be authorized:

1. Sexual, adult, or non-consensual intimate content

• Creating, uploading, requesting, generating, storing, distributing, or selling any pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content, or any content that sexualizes an individual.
• Depicting any real or identifiable person in a nude, sexual, intimate, or sexually suggestive manner, with or without their consent.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery of any individual, including synthetic or AI-generated intimate imagery ("NCII").
• Any "nudify," "undress," or comparable sexualization use. Swapface does not offer, and will never authorize, such functionality.

2. Minors

• Uploading, requesting, generating, or distributing any content that depicts or appears to depict a minor (any person under 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher).
• Any use of the Services in a sexual, suggestive, or exploitative context involving a minor.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited. Suspected CSAM results in immediate termination, preservation of relevant data, and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or other competent authorities as required by law.

3. Fraud, impersonation, and identity verification

• Fraud, identity theft, or any deceptive scheme.
• Bypassing, defeating, or attempting to defeat identity verification, biometric authentication, or "Know Your Customer" (KYC) systems.
• Impersonating any real individual without their explicit, verifiable consent.

4. Harassment, defamation, and harm to individuals

• Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, or intimidation.
• Defamatory, humiliating, or degrading content targeting any person.
• Unauthorized face replacement of private individuals or vulnerable groups.

5. Misinformation and political manipulation

• Misleading or deceptive content presented as real.
• Fabricated statements or actions falsely attributed to real public figures.
• Content designed to manipulate elections, interfere with democratic processes, or deceive the public on matters of public interest.

6. Illegal, harmful, and infringing content

• Any content or activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
• Content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
• Hateful, violent, or graphic content, or content that promotes or incites such acts.
• Uploading media you do not have the rights and consents to use.

7. Circumventing safety controls

• Interfering with, disabling, or attempting to circumvent Swapface's content-moderation, safety, or enforcement systems.
• Using automated means to evade rate limits, detection, or account restrictions.

Consent and your responsibility

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for any face, image, likeness, or media you upload or process. You are solely responsible for your use of Swapface and for the content you create with it.

How we enforce this Policy

We use a combination of automated and human moderation to enforce this Policy, including screening of uploaded media and generated output. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, block, filter, refuse, or remove content; restrict or disable features; and warn, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate, or that we reasonably believe violate, this Policy. We cooperate with payment processors, card networks, and law enforcement as appropriate.

Report a violation

If you believe content on Swapface violates this Policy — including content depicting you without your consent — please report it to deepfutureai@gmail.com. We review reports promptly and remove confirmed violations. If the report concerns non-consensual intimate imagery or content involving a minor, we treat it as urgent.
